Undergods is a blindingly beautiful movie. The wasteland cityscapes are nothing short of breath-taking, and instantly capture the bleak and desolate vibe that penetrates everything. UNDERGODS is a very dark fantasy movie with an anthology-like story.

Undergods masterfully highlights and capitalises on the human desire to be autonomous and unchallenged. The movie's effort to link together the characters' lives, however, was somewhat jarring.
