Goblin Slayer: Goblin's Crown Official Trailer. The characters are well-written and the plot is pretty good but it seems a bit rushed, probably because a chunk of the movie is gone in world-building. Goblin Slayer didn't need a hackneyed twist like "the goblins were corrupted humans all along!" to provoke questions about humanity's relationship with their inner beast, which I appreciated.

The synopsis for the movie can be found below: "Please find any information on the Noble Fencer that disappeared after leaving to slay some goblins." Read reviews on GOBLIN SLAYER on Crunchyroll. "I'm not saving the world. I just kill goblins." Rumor has it that, in a certain guild in the middle of nowhere, there is an extraordinary man who has. I'm going to make this review short and easy.

Goblin Slayer: Goblin's Crown is the follow up to the series that I could only describe as anime's answer to Game of Thrones. Continuing the setup of the series, the movie is a deconstruction of all the Tolkienist tropes. While some context is missing, it. Goblin's have always been the weakest of monsters, plus, the real threat was the Goblin Paladin and not the trash mob.

Here's the official synopsis from Crunchyroll: "Please find any information on the Noble Fencer that disappeared after leaving to slay some goblins." Directed by Takaharu Ozaki.

With Sumire Uesaka, Yuichiro Umehara, Yui Ogura. In a world dominated by monsters, a young priestess decides to train as an adventurer to deal with the threat. She joins a group of inexperienced fighters who have set out to drive the goblins away. I don't usually make long-ish reviews but since I'm the first one reviewing it I guess I'd rather be useful.
