Told mostly in flashback from the point of view of a survivor it comes off more as a crime documentary rather than a horror movie at times. The Jonestown Haunting is a movie that while I probably liked it more than I should have, I can't possibly recommend to everyone in good faith that you will enjoy it. I just wanted to put a disclaimer here before the review.
The Jonestown Haunting is a movie that sounds a lot worse than it actually is, and follows a woman who has experienced. The Haunting of Margam Castle at least tries to be a horror film so that puts it ahead of the last film of his I saw, The Jonestown Haunting, but that's also not saying much. They'll be releasing it in the UK in October. To my surprise, I find myself recommending "The Haunting" on the basis of its locations, its sets, its art direction, its sound design, and the overall splendor of its visuals. The story is a mess, but for long periods of time that hardly matters. It's beside the point, as we enter one of the most striking spaces I've ever seen in a film.
