The officer begrudgingly goes undercover once again, this time taking the identity of Moses. I read through the reviews here and most of them are BS. Let me break the movie down for you.
Comedian and actor Fox, who you may from the short-lived "Rush Hour" series, takes over the Archie Moses role from Sandler while Love plays Jack Carter (Wayans' part), the undercover officer formerly known as Rock Keats. Every so often a title crops up that makes you pause. Looking over the release schedule you frequently find curiosities, but this one -- this caused the brakes to lock up in confusion.

At its heart though, it is a series about the meaning of family, as well as the fascinating relationship between best friends. An undercover cop must escort a prisoner across country to turn over as evidence on a heroin ring. The prisoner, however, is his best friend.
